The terms and conditions of use of the website regulate the terms of access and use of www.rutamayaecotours.com legally constituted under the name of Living The Tour S.A. From C.V. commercially known as Ruta Maya Ecotours.

At the time of booking, you authorize us, either verbally or in writing, to disclaim liability for the contracted services, respecting the company's guidelines at all times, and expressly confirm that you know and accept our reservation and cancellation policies.

It is very important that you read the terms and conditions carefully before booking a service with us.

Restrictions

• Minors from 5 to 11 years old and must be accompanied by at least one adult.
• Infants from 0 to 4 years old must cover the price of transportation, from 10 usd, per minor and must be accompanied by at least one adult.
• Pregnant women with medical restrictions will not be able to carry out any activity.
• People with any type of allergy must inform them at the time of making the reservation.
• Special food requests must be informed at the time of reservation.
• People with hypertension, diabetes, back problems, may carry out the activity at their own risk and must sign the liability waiver.
• No person suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or any toxic substance will be allowed to participate.

Reservations

To ensure that all our clients enjoy our experiences to the fullest, a reservation may be requested by email to: info@rutamayaecotours.com or by telephone to the local numbers of the city of Playa del Carmen: (984) 156 44 91 and ( 984) 859 65 35

• Once the reservation request is received, you will receive a confirmation number.
• All reservations are subject to availability until the time of payment of the service.

Changes and modifications

All modifications must be communicated with at least 24 hours before the excursion, modifications can be made by email: info@rutamayaecotours.com or through our reservation center in the city of Playa del Carmen: (984) 156 44 91 or at (984) 859 65 35

Cancellations

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the excursion may be refunded 100%.
• Cancellations with less than 12 hours of the excursion will be refunded only 50%.

No Show

• No show without supporting documents, 100% is charged.
• No shows without supporting documents and rescheduled must cover the amount of transportation, from $10.00 usd per person, according to the contracted activity.
• No show with a medical certificate can be rescheduled for another day free of charge

Payment methods

• Credit or debit card (Visa or Master Card).
• Wire transfer.
• Dollars or pesos at the exchange rate of the day.
• Paypal.

Portal content

Users can view through the web portal, varied information on some tourist places and our services offered. Ruta Maya Ecotours reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation of the information and tourist services offered from the page www.rutamayaecotours.com

The user expressly acknowledges and accepts that at any time Ruta Maya Ecotours may interrupt, deactivate and/or cancel any information or service to suit their interests.

Ruta Maya Ecotours will make continuous improvements, updates and changes that directly affect the services of www.rutamayaecotours.com during this process, access to the portal could be interrupted.

Information and content on behalf of third parties

Ruta Maya Ecotours does not intervene in the creation of those contents and/or services rendered or supplied by third parties in and/or through the different application networks, so that it does not control their legality either.
